We are recruiting for a team of 20 AmeriCorps members for the Attendance Matters® 2024-2025 school year. AmeriCorps members will work in teams of two and serve in a local middle schools providing one-on-one and group social-emotional support to 15-25 chronically absent students throughout the school day, primarily during lunch periods. Positions are 20 or 30 hours per week and begin on August 26, 2024, and end on June 30, 2025.

AmeriCorps Members will earn the following living allowance (not a wage or salary) and an education award*:
20-25 Hours / Week (900 total hours): $13,625 living allowance and $3,697 education award
30-35 Hours / Week (1200 total hours): $19,075 living allowance and $5,176 education award
*You must serve the required number of hours to earn the education award. 20-hour positions are 900 total hours and 30-hour positions are 1200 total hours during the 10 months.
